Open House in Old Naples !

Sitting an Open House can be quite an experience each area is different. Today you find me in a custom built home just steps to the beach in Old Naples. My sign is in the front yard so it welcomes the occasional curious person to view the inside. This particular home represents luxury through-out with awa inspiring marble and wood floors but one of the unique atributes is the collectors garage waiting for those unmistakable car collectors and motorcycles.
A family with 3 small children enteres and already you hear the oldest declaring who gets which of the 5 bedrooms. Others come in with comments such as how close it is to the beach, others commenting on the quality and Oh, how far is it to 5th Avenue S and Naples famous pier?

RealEstate Grasshopper, from the begining!

Real Estate has a begining a learning or "Grasshopper" stage!

The city of Naples has a total area of 14.4 square miles (37 km2), of which 12.03 square miles (31 km2) is land and 2.38 square miles (6 km2) is water(16.53%).

Not an easy prospect anywhere but I feel Real Estate in Naples can be a little more complex. So, let us set the stage by an introduction of this area. Originally Naples and Southwest Florida where known for its white sandy beaches, great fishing and beautiful sunsets so, what has changed? Now you will find all of that and more with the Philhamonic Center, fine restaurants, boutiques and many unique area activities. Take for instance The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club established in the 1930's and just celebrated it's 60th year. This is the first hotel built on the beach in Naples. The Gives you the idea that people buy in Naples for the long term.

Naples at one time or another has been home to Mary Carillo, Mike Ditka, Bill Gates, Steven Spielberg, and Donald Trump to name but a few

Old Naples, where you find everything Single family homes, Condos, New construction Luxury Homes.

How do you seperate Naples...... well think about all of the vacations you have had over the years; each time you set out you thought this is the best only to find out it just doesn't hit the mark. We discovered Naples Florida on our last tour of the Florida West coast just drive the area
